Located in Bwindi’s Nkuringo sector, Clouds is one of the best up-market lodges in the western part of Uganda. It is near the trailhead for tracking the Nkuringo gorilla family. Its seven guesthouses were built from local volcanic stones and adorned with hand-woven rugs.
The in place ten cottages have beautiful interiors that include African-themed art, high-beamed ceilings, a spacious bedroom, a lounge area, and an inside bathroom with a shower and other facilities.
This lodge is located in a serene and cold area. Therefore it is no surprise that every room is provided with hot water bottles. The fireplace links the bedroom and lounge just to make sure the rooms are kept warm.
